The first annual Wierie Road Race

In celebration of National Woman’ Day Boost Juice gave away some awesome prizes at the first annual Wierie Road Race held at Centurion Mall on Monday, 09 August. While woman across SA were woken up with a breakfast in bed, Barry Boost got up at dawn, put on his leg warmers, head band and running shoes and got in on the action. Barry Boost isn’t exactly what you'd call the long distance runner type - what with the oversized cup, shoes and straw to carry around. More like the energetic short-bursts-across-the-finish-line-kind of sportsman, at the finish line he was hit with overjoyed young and seasoned runners alike, completing the Wierie Road race for the first time.

Being the avid sportsman, Barry Boost has been invited to be at Centurion Mall on 18 September for the annual Beeld Children's Fund Spinning Marathon fundraiser. We challenge you, our Boost Enthusiast, to bring the VIBE, get on a bike and join the Boost sponsored Team from the Jacaranda Children's Home as we try to raise over R300,000 for the Fund!
